Manufacturing of concrete tiles, involves technic and art, and in Onistone we take both of them seriously. We use the finest raw materials that passed through a rigorous quality control and we engineered the precise formula that guarantees the best performance and results.

Slabs are casted into special molds designed and built by our technical staff. The molds provide the look and texture of the tile surface but also furnish its flatness. The mixture is vibrated to very high frequency, eliminating air bubbles and gravitating the finest particles to the bottom.

Slabs are then allowed to cure naturally under a controlled environment. After demolded manually, each slab is then cut to size using multi-head cutting machines which give all tiles its geometric precision. Once cut, each tile is then prepared and finished with a protective layer of a silicon based pre-sealer. This process allows us to offer an excellent product with an outstanding look and other important features:

Resistance Concrete keeps curing and hardening for 70+ years which gives the tiles its resiliency and durability. Not a mystery why then all the large engineering projects rely on concrete: dams, the Panama Canal, skyscrapers, and many more.

Versatility Concrete can be shaped and colored to satisfy the most whimsical tastes. Concrete tiles can be cut, sawed, sand-blasted, sanded, drilled, honed, ground or submitted to any mechanical treatment that fits the client's necessity. We can produce tiles with polished, matte or textured finishes.
