Concrete tiles are beautiful and resistant. And at the same time they are heavy and delicate. Hence, special care must be taken to protect the tiles and for avoiding personal injury when handling them.

Our packing materials meet international standards and those are designed to protect each piece from our warehouse up to the installation site overseas. Even if the cargo is loaded either LCL or FCL we follow strict measures to avoid damage.

Wooden parts are heat treated and sanitized. The number of tiles may vary depending on tiles size and thickness. Each crate holds 800 kg approximately.

Tiles are placed inside the crate face to face and in groups of ten separated by polifoam cushioning. A thin polifoam film is placed in between tiles faces to prevent surface from scratching.

Interior crate walls and base are covered by polifoam mats and cardboard. The whole crate is wrapped with stretch film and metallic hoops fastened around provide the crate with extra firmness.

When stored, always place tiles standing vertically. Do not pile tiles horizontally.
